Attorney-at-law since 2019 (licence number BŁ/1353). Member of the Białystok Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law since 2015. His extensive legal knowledge and experience allow him to successfully conduct particularly difficult administrative, tax, civil, and business disputes. In addition, his very good knowledge of IT matters allows him to provide reliable legal assistance in the field of new technology law (using artificial intelligence – AI, legal tech, startups, cybersecurity, cryptocurrencies, etc.), as well as providing legal representation for defendants in cases regarding cybercrime and cybersecurity (including investigations conducted by Poland's Centralne Biuro Zwalczania Cyberprzestępczości – Central Cybercrime Bureau, the Police, or other authorities). He also has experience in very complex criminal cases, including so-called VAT carousel fraud, economic fraud, white-collar crimes, and civil servants' crimes.

She has a high level of competence in conducting full and simplified accounting, providing human resources services, and payroll services. Experienced in providing services to partnerships (spółka jawna, spółka partnerska, spółka komandytowa, spółka komandytowo-akcyjna), limited liability companies (spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością), and sole entrepreneurs (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza, JDG).
She approaches the assigned tasks with full commitment.

Below, we present some of the areas we deal with:

Legal representation in court

The attorney-at-law represents clients before courts of law and government agencies of all instances in civil, business, administrative, tax, and criminal law, and other matters. Having a legal representative allows you to benefit from his knowledge and experience. An attorney-at-law prepares all types of procedural documents, including lawsuits and appeals. He also represents the client during a court hearing. Moreover, when the client is a witness in a criminal case (investigation), an attorney-at-law may be his representative, who will accompany him during the interrogation and protect his interests.

Accounting

The accounting office provides comprehensive services for enterprises in the field of accounting. The services provided include both full accounting (keeping accounting books – pol. księgi rachunkowe) and simplified accounting (revenue and expense ledger – pol. księga przychodów i rozchodów, tax card – pol. karta podatkowa, tax on recorded revenue without deductible costs i.e. lump sump taxation – pol. ryczałt ewidencjonowany).

Contract drafting

The attorney-at-law will draft a contract (written agreement) according to the client's needs, securing his interests and providing him with full safety in the transaction. If a need arises, an attorney-at-law will conduct negotiations in a law office to discuss the details of a contract, keeping in mind the client's best interests, and to deliver the expected results. If a dual-language (English and Polish) contract is necessary, an attorney-at-law can draft such a contract, for example, using a two-column, side-by-side format.

HR and payroll services

The accounting office will handle all matters relating to the functioning of the company's employees, in particular, financial matters related to employment. The accounting office calculates the amount of the employee's salary within the required deadlines, based on data on the number of hours and days worked, taking into account, among others, sick leave and holidays. It is also possible to entrust an accountant with keeping documentation regarding employment and work history.

Recovery of claims (debts)

The attorney-at-law will manage the case of debt recovery from beginning to end, starting from the pre-litigation stage (verification of claims, requesting the debtor to pay, negotiations), through the court stage (filing a lawsuit and conducting court proceedings until obtaining a final decision), to the enforcement stage (collecting the debt, often done by initiating and conducting proceedings before a bailiff to execute the order of the court and, if necessary, also carrying out the court procedure for revealing the debtor's assets).

Ongoing representation of the entrepreneur before government agencies

An accounting office may undertake to represent an entrepreneur before public administration agencies, in particular Tax Agencies (pol. urząd skarbowy) and the Social Insurance Institution (pol. Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych). This is a great solution for business owners who have a lot of responsibilities related to business management. An entrepreneur who grants a power of attorney to an accountant does not have to complete many formalities on his own, e.g., in the field of submitting tax returns.

There are many public parking spaces near the building – both paid (paid parking subzone B) and free.
There is a bus and train station approximately 200 meters from the building.
